Kristin Thompson
With nearly 20 years in the hair industry, Kristin has built her career around creating beautiful, effortless hair that still feels like the person wearing it. She specializes in blondes and dimensional color, with a particular love for highlighting, light reflective balayage, and enhancing natural texture.
Curly haired clients hold a special place in her chair. Kristin is trained in curly cutting techniques and loves working with each client's individual curl pattern and natural texture to create shapes that feel effortless, wearable, and uniquely theirs. When it comes to a great haircut, nothing beats a clean, blunt bob.
She believes the best stylists never stop learning. Continuing education has taken her across the U.S., internationally at the L'Oreal Academy in Paris, and at Oway headquarters in Bologna, Italy, where she witnessed clean beauty from farm to formulation.

Chelsea Fishburn
Chelsea has been behind the chair for over 15 years, and hair has always been more than just a career for her. She genuinely loves creating beautiful, personalized looks that make her clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Her specialties include balayage, dimensional blondes and brunettes, dry cutting, and K tip extensions. Chelsea is a firm believer in continued education and has trained under some of the industry's most respected names, including Ahn Co-Tran, Dominic Serna, Devyn Pennell, and Michele Zeller.
She moved to Austin in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the city and its people. When she is not behind the chair, you will most likely find her with her two Australian Shepherds, who are basically her children, or enjoying everything Austin has to offer.

Briana Clark
Briana specializes in lived in blondes and soft, natural color that creates an overall glow. Originally from Houston, she moved to Austin after attending the Aveda Institute, where she went on to complete a two year apprenticeship focused on color. She also loves women's cutting and envisioning the finished look for each of her clients, a cut and color that feels both effortless and intentional.
Her main focus is creating hair that wears beautifully long after you leave the salon. One of her favorite parts of what she does is the time she gets to spend with her clients, many of whom quickly start to feel like friends.
When Briana is not in the salon, she is usually on a trip or planning her next one. On the weekends, she loves exploring nearby Texas towns, paddle boarding on the lake, or ice skating at the rink.

Caroline Durante
Caroline grew up in Georgetown, Texas, which makes her a true Austin area native. She has always loved working with hair and helping people feel confident and beautiful. Hair can have such a big impact on how you feel, and she feels incredibly lucky to make people feel their best every day.
When she is not behind the chair, Caroline enjoys taking her dog on adventures, exploring new places, and making memories with friends and family. She also loves spending time on the golf course.
Caroline is actively welcoming new clients for base colors, glazes, and blow dries.
