Pricing is based on the service, your hair length and density, and your stylist. Base color services typically start around the mid range for boutique Austin salons. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation so we can quote your specific service accurately.
How long does a color appointment take?
A gloss or glaze typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. A base color runs 90 minutes to 2 hours. A base color paired with a haircut or glaze usually lands around 2 to 2.5 hours. Global color and full transformations may run longer.
What color lines do you use?
We use Alfaparf Milano as a specialty Italian color line, along with thoughtfully sourced clean beauty staples from Oway and other low tox brands. Our color bar is built around products that protect the integrity of your hair.
Is your color non toxic or low tox?
We prioritize low tox, professionally formulated color lines. While no color line is fully chemical free, we choose formulations that minimize harsh ingredients, support hair health, and align with our clean beauty philosophy.
How often should I come in for color?
Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks for a base color or gloss refresh. Lived in color and balayage clients often stretch to 8 to 12 weeks. Your stylist will recommend a maintenance cadence at your consultation.
Where is Sienna House located?
We are located at 913 W Mary St, Austin TX 78704, in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. Street parking is available along 5th Street, with three designated spots in front of the building. Additional parking is available at the library lot at 5th and Mary.
